Your PIN number

You will be assigned a PIN number when you are issued a card, you will not be able to change the PIN that has been assigned to you.

If you are issued with a replacement card a new PIN will be given to you.

If you forget your PIN number you will need to call the Prepaid Financial Services customer services team on: 020 3633 4515

Keep your card and PIN safe

It is important to keep your PFS/EML card safe and your PIN secure.

Employed carers and Personal Assistance should not use your PFS/EML Card and PIN number.

If you believe the security of the card or account has been compromised, you must inform Prepaid Financial Services immediately on 020 3633 4515
