Lost, stolen or expired card
Lost or stolen card
If your Prepaid Financial Services (PFS/EML) Card has been lost or stolen or you believe the security of the card has been compromised, you must inform Prepaid Financial Services immediately on 020 3633 4515
Replacement cards normally takes between 7 and 10 working days to arrive.
Expired card
You will receive a new card before the end of the month in which your current card expires. Upon receiving the new card, you will need to activate it. Once activated, your balance will be transferred to the new card, allowing you to use your direct payment immediately.
If you haven’t received your new card by the end of the month it expires, email the Direct Payment team DPwokinghamcard@wokingham.gov.uk
