Report fraud
If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, scam or cyber crime you can report it to Action Fraud by using their online reporting tool or on 0300 123 2040.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing you can contact Action Fraud on textphone 0300 123 2050.
If you believe the security of the card or account has been compromised, you must inform Prepaid Financial Services immediately on 020 3633 4515.
