We have redesigned our recruitment process with a strong focus on the candidate’s journey, this includes updates to our online application form. Candidates can now submit their applications via a PC, laptop or even smart devices such as tablets and mobile phones and can receive real-time status updates and other notifications.
After submitting an application
Once a job advert has closed, your application status will be updated to either shortlisted or unsuccessful, depending on the outcome following our internal shortlisting process.
If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirmation informing you about your interview, including how the interview will be conducted and where and when it will take place.
If you are successful following your interview, you will receive a verbal offer from the hiring manager either by phone or video call, and they will inform you of the next steps to bringing you onboard.

Top 5 tips to enhance your application
- Contact details – Ensure they are correct
(Recruiting managers may wish to contact you to discuss your application or to invite you to interview, it sounds simple, but small details like incorrect phone numbers or misspelled email address can prevent your application from being successful and progressed to the next stage) - Availability – Be clear when you’re free
(If you’re prompted to provide your availability to discuss your application or to be interviewed, ensure you only confirm the times you can make. Missing a scheduled call or interview, gives a bad first impression and there isn’t always a chance to reschedule). - Keep things simple
(Make sure your application is easy to read and that key information can be found quicky. Use bullet points and shorter paragraphs to highlight things such as responsibilities, projects and achievements in your work). - Stay updated
(Ensure your CV and covering letters are updated with your latest career information, including recent work history and qualifications). - Take your time and do your research
(When completing your application, ensure you have thoroughly read the advert and job description and research things such as company websites, which can help with finding relevant information that can enhance your application and make it stand out from the rest).
