You will receive details of your interview by the email you provided on your application. This will usually be within 1 week of the closing date.

8. How long will it take for me to be onboarded after I have received a verbal offer?
Once you have received a verbal offer, the HR team will reach out with formal paperwork within 1-3 working days, provided all necessary details have been received. Please note that this offer is conditional and depends on the satisfactory completion of the required pre-employment checks.

9. How long do pre-employment checks take?
Pre-employment checks generally take up to 20 working days from the point of offer. We encourage successful candidates to respond promptly to any requests for information to expedite the process. Depending on the role, certain checks, such as DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, may take longer to be completed.

10. When will I receive my contract of employment?
After receiving a verbal offer, a formal offer letter will be sent to you, detailing the conditions of the offer and draft Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs). Once all pre-employment checks are verified and completed, a final contract will be issued before your start date, confirming the official terms of your employment.

11. What should I do if the pre-employment checks take longer than expected?
If the pre-employment checks are taking longer than expected, it's important to remain in close communication with the HR team. They will provide updates and guide you through any additional steps that may be needed to complete the checks.

12. Can I start working before my pre-employment checks are completed?
No, the offer of employment is conditional on the satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks. You must wait until these checks are completed and your final contract is issued before starting your employment, unless agreed for significant service need.

13. What types of pre-employment checks will be conducted?
The pre-employment checks may include, but are not limited to, verification of your identity, qualifications, employment history, references, and a DBS check if required by the role. Specific checks depend on the nature of the position offered.
