Current project status

Contractor appointment and the start of the planning phase: We have successfully secured a contractor for the project. This is a significant milestone, and it marks the beginning of the planning phase of this project. The planning phase will continue until the works officially start in February 2024, during this time we will be focusing on developing comprehensive plans to ensure that the project is carried out efficiently, and every effort is being made to minimise disruption to businesses, schools, and residents in the area.

Planning phase and construction dates: The construction process has been carefully divided into three distinct phases. Each phase will be carried out one at a time, allowing us to manage the project in a systematic manner and minimise disruptions to the community. At present, the proposed dates for each phase are as follows:

• Phase 1: 05/02/2024 to 30/04/2024
• Phase 2: 30/04/2024 to 04/07/2024
• Phase 3: 04/07/2024 to 10/09/2024

However, we must emphasise that these dates are subject to potential changes as we progress through the planning and execution phases. Various factors, including weather conditions, and unforeseen challenges, may influence the project timeline. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping all stakeholders informed of any updates or modifications as they occur.
