Building works concerns
Working hours on building sites are generally Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays no building works are allowed. If you have a complaint about works on one of the major development sites, please contact us.

Housing
North Wokingham will see just under 2,100 new homes in total. As of May 2024, some 2,043 homes have full or reserved matters planning permission while 1,974 homes are occupied.
Housing is being built at the following sites:
- Matthewsgreen Farm - 772 new homes with reserved matters approval, 726 occupations. Phases 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and 5 are now complete, with the final area of Phase 4 under construction
- Bell Farm - 127 new homes completed
- East Kentwood - 284 new homes completed
- West Kentwood - 225 new homes completed
- Keephatch Beech - 300 new homes completed
- Land at Plough Farm - 150 new homes completed
- Land at Buttercup Close - 30 new homes completed
- Land adjacent to 65 Plough Lane – 2 new homes completed
- Ashridge Farm - 153 new homes completed with 130 occupations
