Building works concerns

Working hours on building sites are generally Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays no building works are allowed. If you have a complaint about works on one of the major development sites, please contact us.

Information for residents about activities and events is available on the Arborfield Green website. Residents have also created a Facebook group for events.

Construction progress

The homes on the northern part of the Arborfield Garrison site are being developed principally by Crest Nicholson. Those on the southern part are being developed by CALA Homes, Barratt / David Wilson Homes and others.

The first homes were occupied in October 2016 and construction is now well underway across the area. More detailed (“reserved matters”) applications have been approved for about 2,500 homes to date, with about 2,000 of these now built.
