Employment

The development proposes an extension to the existing Hogwood Industrial Estate for new employment space. This will allow for a range of unit sizes and types of space, allowing incubator and start-up businesses to expand and improve their premises.

Further employment opportunities will be provided in the new village and neighbourhood centres.
