Patients rights
Get Your Rights provides information for children and young people to help them understand their rights when they are using the NHS.
Citizens Advice provides information on healthcare matters and patient rights, including financial help for hospital patients and health costs.
Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
Each hospital has a Patient Relations Team or PALS who can offer support and guidance to patients and families. Visit a hospital trust website for contact details of their PALS service:

Healthwatch Wokingham
Healthwatch Wokingham is the independent consumer champion created to represent the views of the public. Often people do not want to provide service providers with feedback because they are scared to.
People can talk to Healthwatch anonymously and in confidence about their experience of care.
