Family Intervention Resources and Support Team (FIRST)

Our FIRST team provides information, workshops and courses around sleep and distressed behaviour.

The team includes:

• qualified Sleep Practitioners
• Therapeutic Thinking and Foundations for Attachment Practitioners
• a Family Support Worker
