Mental health support for children and young people with SEND
Help is available if your child or young person might be struggling with mental health difficulties.
If you are a young person aged 18 and over, find out about looking after your mental health as an adult.
5 steps to mental wellbeing
The NHS recommends 5 steps to mental wellbeing. Young people from local charity Me2 Club have made a video to explain the steps.

If your child or young person is having suicidal thoughts or extreme mental health difficulties and you need to talk to someone now:
