Pre-registration briefing and training
To become a childminder you will need to attend a pre-registration training course. This can be completed through:

Other training to complete
As well as the pre registration training you will also need to complete the following courses:
- Universal safe guarding training
- Pediatrics first aid
- Food Hygiene level 2
The above organisations are likely to offer these training courses, although other providers also do.
