Handyperson

Earley Town Council is looking for someone to work as part of our Maintenance Team, to repair and upkeep the Town Council's buildings and assets.

Experience in: - 
Basic maintenance and repair work
Knowledge or background in an area such as plumbing, carpentry, decorating etc would be beneficial
Following Health & Safety procedures

Skills and abilities in: - 
Identifying issues and reporting findings
Undertaking small projects independently
Teamwork and communication
Organisation and planning
Willingness to learn to operate tools and machinery
Full driving licence
