How to buy and collect blue bin bags

As of 31 July 2024 residents will no longer be able to buy additional blue bags.

1. Visit our online payment service

2. If you can't pay online call us on 0118 974 6000 and select option 2 for waste

3. Make a payment of £11.30 for one roll of 10 blue bags - you are only permitted to purchase one roll at a time
4. Select 'Rubbish and Garden Waste' as the Account Group
5. Select 'Blue Bags - One Roll only (10 sacks)' as the Account Type
6. Provide your name and full address
7. Add to Cart and then Checkout
8. Add your email address to receive an email confirmation with your receipt number

Take your receipt to one of our collection hubs to collect your order.

Please be aware that blue bags can not be put out for collection next to your new bin when the collection starts in August, but can be used within your new bin.
