Report a missed food waste collection
If your food waste isn't collected you can report it as a missed collection.
We'll return to collect your food waste from your black outdoor food waste bin as long as:
- Your food waste was in the black outdoor bin we provide, we'll only collect food in the black bins so if you have left food in bags we won't return
- There was no original food packaging in with the food waste. This does not include plastic or newspaper materials that you used to line the caddy and tipped into the bin.
- Your food waste was out by 6.30am
