Reporting non-dangerous issues with a road

If the issue is not dangerous, you can: 

1. Report an issue with a road and save your reference number
2. Track the progress using the reference number provided

Reporting issues causing immediate danger

Issues causing immediate danger, can include:

• Temporary traffic lights not working
• An unsafe site

These should always be reported by phone:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm: 0118 974 6000 (select the option for the roads and road maintenance service)
• Outside of our office hours: 0800 212 111
