The following charges will apply to any searches which relate to an individual residential property, along with its associated garden and allocated parking space/s:

• CON29R: £137.00
• LLC1 and CON29R: £182.00
• Each CON29O: £30.00
• Each additional enquiry: £46.00
• Parcel fee LLC1 and CON29: £23.00
• Parcel fee LLC1: £8.00

Commercial Charges

The following charges will apply to any searches which relate to non-residential properties or land; for example fields, farmland, shops and offices:

• Certificate LLC1: £68.00 (VAT exempt)
• CON29R: £173.00
• LLC1 and CON29R: £241.00
• Each CON29O: £30.00
• Each additional enquiry: £48.00
• Parcel fee LLC1 and CON29: £23.00
• Parcel fee LLC1: £8.00
