How to apply

Please email us the address and a location plan clearly outlining the property/land to be searched. Ensure the plan is to scale and includes any of the corresponding questions below that may be required. Email: highway.searches@wokingham.gov.uk

• Land to be acquired for roadworks/compulsory purchase order - £39.00
• Roadwork schemes and/or safeguarding lines within 200 meters of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented - £39.00
• Traffic schemes within 200 meters of the property/land approved by Wokingham Borough Council but not yet implemented - £39.00
• Public rights of way and DMMO affecting the property - £39.00
• Confirmation of whether the property is affected by a Section 38 Agreement - £39.00

Our standard highway plans are produced on A4 at 1:2500 scale to ensure the adopted highway is clearly visible.
