South East Plan
In May 2010 the Government announced its intention to abolish Regional Spatial Strategies, including the South East Plan. In February 2013 the South East Plan was formally abolished except for Policy NRM6 which relates to new residential development close to the Thames Basin Heath Special Protection Area. This policy remains in place as part of our development plan.
