I am writing with respect of the above appeal regarding land to the rear of Diana Close, Spencers Wood, RG7 1HP dismissed on 1st February 2021. Within paragraph 4 of the appeal decision, it states:

I would like some information about the Local authority Emergency Assistance Grant for Food and Essential Supplies your local authority has received from the government as part of its Covid support measures for communities.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information regarding placements and spending for older person’s social services.

1. How many students aged 16 and over had an EHC plan assessment in 2018? What was the average wait time for that assessment?
One pupil, wait time: 0 days.

1. Please supply a copy of a letter from the Ministry of Defence to Wokingham Borough Council and the other local authority promoters of the Gazeley new town development in which the Ministry outline their objections to the projected development and exercise their veto.

1. Please could email me a copy of the Wokingham Borough Council contract with Volker Highways regarding the contract for 3 years from April 2019? If this would take a long time to complete, then please can you provide the Governance portion instead?

1. I would like to know: How many fines have you issued for the illegal use of woodburning stoves between January 2015 - February 2021? Please can you provide me with a breakdown of the number of fines for each year.

1. Please provide anonymised raw data for the protected characteristics of age-group, gender and ethnicity for successful and unsuccessful job applicants to all roles at Local Government Officer level (or equivalent) at your council over the period ranging from 01/01/2016 - 31/12/2020.

1. I would like to know what are the top 5 applications in use for your council. This has to be based on the number of users and must exclude Email system which everybody uses and EXCLUDE desktop applications like Excel and word.
