Wokingham Borough Council has published the Elections Fact Pack for the local elections on Thursday 2 May
On Thursday 2 May, residents will head to the polls to take part in the local elections, as well as the Police and Crime Commissioner election for the Thames Valley.

You can also find out who is standing in the PCC election on West Berkshire Council's website. You can read information on the candidates standing for election and read their manifestos online.
Voters are reminded to bring suitable photo ID in order to vote. Although voter ID was introduced last year, not all wards had elections in 2023 and for many people this will be the first time they have needed to bring it.
