Free IT and digital help sessions

We provide free IT and digital help sessions including, help using your phone, laptop, or tablet, NHS App help and Ability Net help.

What you need to bring 

You will need your library card at each visit. This will allow you to:

  • access the free WiFi
  • access the public computers
  • borrow books and other resources from the library

If you do not have a library card, you can bring identification showing your name and current address such as:

  • driving licence
  • bank statement with bank card
  • utility bill less than 3 months old

Help using your phone, laptop, or tablet

Our volunteers will guide you through your device and the online world. We can provide help with:

  • Libby
  • Printing
  • Scanning
  • CVs
  • Using Wi-Fi
  • Using messaging apps such as WhatsApp
  • Finding bus timetables
  • PressReader
  • Kindles
  • iPads and tablets
  • Phones
  • Laptops
