Changes to your home and specialist equipment for under 18s

We can support you if your child or young person under 18 has a disability and you need to make changes to your home, also known as home adaptations.

If the adaptations to your home are significant, you could be eligible for a Disabled Facilities Grant. This can help with the cost of these adaptations.

The Disabled Facilities Grant will not affect any benefits you get.
