Staying in touch with family and friends

It's really important to stay connected with your family, and we're here to help make that happen. Your social worker will chat with you about how often you'd like to see the important people in your life and we'll work out a plan together. If there are other friends or family members you want to keep in touch with, just let us know. We might arrange these visits at a place called The Palm Centre. This is a place where families can have supervised contact together.

You can write down the names of the people you want to stay in touch with and share it with your social worker.
