Personal Advisor and Pathway Plan

A Personal Advisor (PA) will be allocated to you at the age of 16 to work with you alongside your social worker to prepare you for adult life. When you reach 18 you will no longer have a social worker, but you will continue to be supported by your Personal Advisor.

What is a Personal Advisor

A Personal Advisor (PA) is someone who helps and support care leavers to develop a Pathway Plan as they move into adulthood.
