Making a payments

Your direct payment account should be used to pay for the care and support set out in your care plan. This can be done by:

  • a bank transfer
  • direct debit
  • telephone payment

Cash withdrawals are not permitted under the direct payment scheme. You can not use your card at an ATM machine.

When you receive an invoice check:

  • it shows the name and full address of the person or organisation providing care
  • it adds up correctly
  • it is for a service you have received
  • the payment is due
