We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivational individual to lead our History team, providing leadership during the maternity leave of the existing post-holder.

We are delighted that the vast majority of our students stay on to our Sixth Form and that 97% of our leavers gain a place at University or choose to enter apprenticeships and employment.We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivational individual to lead our History team, providing leadership during the maternity leave of the existing post-holder.You should be an enthusiastic and motivational individual who is an excellent classroom practitioner, capable of delivering high quality lessons in either History. You should have the ability to lead a team of colleagues with a proven track record of supporting students to be highly successful at all levels, achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.If appointed, you would join a friendly team of professionals who continually strive for excellence and improve their practice through a range of CPD activities, including professional dialogue and discussion of evidence-based pedagogy.
