We want every pupil at St Pauls to enjoy and succeed in all aspects of school life. Therefore, we are seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for helping children to thrive. The role involves working within a classroom environment, in partnership with the teacher, supporting pupils learning and emotional well-being.The successful candidate will: Have experience of working with children, ideally in a similar role; Be passionate about supporting all pupils, particularly those with SEND; Be driven to achieve positive outcomes for all pupils; Deliver learning tasks to small groups and individuals on a 1-1 basis; Have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team; Be Fully committed to safeguarding children and young people.This is a permanent contract working Wednesday & Friday, 8.30am-12.30pm,with the possibility of additional hours during lunchtime. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
