Job summary

We are now looking for a SEND Manager/SEND Finance Co-ordinator at Maiden Erlegh School.The main purpose of this role will be to assist the SENDCO in SEND support in school and in Management of SEND team. You will also Maintain and review funding records, be the first point of contact for queries and discrepancies and be able to build relationships with key staff both within the school and the Trust as well as the relevant Local Authority teams.

The successful applicant will possess the following: GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent NVQ level 3 or equivalent Prior experience of supporting students with SEND. Line management experience desirable but not essential. Experience of financial processes. Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Exceptional organisation skills able to prioritise workload and deliver accuracy. Ability to identify student and parent needs quickly and deal with queries. Reliability, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and sensitivity are paramount to this post. Able to work independently but also as part of a team. Flexible approach to working and a good team player.
