Non-compliant arrangements

You can make an objection to the Office of the School's Adjudicator if you think that the arrangements we have set, or school's or academy's arrangements are:

  • Unlawful
  • Not in compliance with the School Admissions Code (certain exceptions apply see paragraph 3.3)
  • Not in compliance with relevant law relating to admissions

To make an objection complete a school admissions arrangements objection form on the UK Government website. Objections to admission arrangements for entry in September each year must be referred to the adjudicator by 15 May.
