SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for an inspirational, friendly and driven individual to join our team. The position will involve supporting pupils that have additional emotional/physical needs. The age range depends on the skills and experience of the candidate. Part of the hours will be supporting the children at lunchtime.

- Ability to engage with and positively influence children to learn
- Good observation and assessment skills
- Ability to work within a team working environment and also to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
