Overview
The table shows that twenty per cent of the contents is food waste, which should be collected from food bins.
Eleven per cent is currently paper and card, which should be collected at the kerbside from green recycling sacks.
Ten per cent is garden waste, which can be collected if you subscribe to the garden waste collection service or compost it at home.
Twelve per cent is either glass or reusable textiles, which you can drop off at your local recycling bank, while the remaining eight per cent of soft plastics can be recycled at many supermarkets.
