Montague Park

Current project status

This developer-led section of South Wokingham Distributor Road, called William Heelas Way, was completed in Summer 2015 by David Wilson Homes as part of the Montague Park housing development.

Planning application

Planning consent for this section of the SWDR was granted as part of the Montague Park housing development application.

Design and construction

William Heelas Way was built as part of the Montague Park housing development and is now complete, as is the wider development. 

It’s linked to the Eastern Gateway, which was finished and opened in 2022, and will in turn be linked to Central Section and Western Gateway once they’re finished.
