What is the Highways Maintenance Management Plan
The Highway Maintenance Management Plan (HMMP) sets out our highway maintenance standards and provides general information about our highway network. It was first created in 1998 when we became a highway authority.
How to read the documents
Volume 1 of the Highway Maintenance Management Plan is the base document that introduces the overall plan and sets out principles.
Each volume should be read in conjunction with Volume 1.
