A planning appeal for the development of ‘Outline planning application with all matters reserved for the proposed erection of up to 230 dwellings, including open space, internal access, parking, drainage measures and landscaping following the demolition of all existing structures’ was held by way of public inquiry between 26 November 2024 to 28 November 2024 and 3 December 2024 to 5 December 2024. We are now waiting for the Planning Inspectorate to make a decision on the appeal. Documents to support the appeal can be found in the list of Core Document folders below.
