Taxi feedback

If you have any comments about a licensed taxi driver, vehicle, or operator - good or bad - we are happy to receive them.

Please email us via licensing@wokingham.gov.uk.

There are many types of reports that we find useful. These include:

• Damaged vehicle (including because of a road traffic accident).
• Accessibility complaint including refusal to pick up an assistance dog or wheelchair.
• A private hire driver touting or unlawfully plying for hire.
• Unlicensed drivers or vehicles being allocated a booking by an operator.
• Damaged, missing, or fake identifiers.
• Smoking or vaping in a licensed vehicle.
• Driving whilst using a handheld device such as a mobile phone.
• Inappropriate behaviour of a licensed driver.

Make a complaint

If you are complaining about a driver, vehicle, or operator, please email us via licensing@wokingham.gov.uk. We will need to know one of the following details:

• Taxi’s vehicle registration number.
• Taxi’s licence number.
• Driver’s badge number.

We will also need your details, including your name, address, email address, and contact number.
