As a Support Worker you will provide high quality person-centred support and care to a wide range of individuals with learning disabilities, in line with CQC requirements and borough policy.For this role you will work as part of a team to support our customers with daily living skills and activities including personal care and domestic duties, whilst promoting their independence. You will also support with, and organise activities, outings and recreation.This role includes responsibility for key working for our customers and working closely with other professionals and family members to ensure health and well-being.This particular service is responsible for actively enhancing customers lives to become valued members of their community, to develop friendships and relationships, have a life that makes sense to the individual.
