Job summary

We are now looking for a Behaviour Support Worker at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading.

This role is instrumental in helping students maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere within the school. The main responsibilities of this role are as follows: To support positive student conduct around the school through our behaviour systems including On Patrol, Daily After School Detention and supervising students in our newly developed Supported Study area To analyse data within the behaviour management systems and provide regular reports to teaching and pastoral staff in respect of behaviour. To support the supervision of students during break and lunch times To support the Pastoral Team in managing behaviour, being on hand to support throughout the day across all year groups.The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic and enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You will enjoy nurturing young people to grow in confidence and flourish personally.
