We have two full-time roles, term time only. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, providing support to children through individual and small group work and by providing in-class support. We are looking for colleagues who will be versatile, enthusiastic and willing to work wherever the need is identified. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are essential. On a day-to-day basis, your work will be directed by the class teacher, supporting children of all abilities. You will have an opportunity to make a real difference to childrens learning, and to develop your own professional skills.We are looking for person who are willing to work with children of all age groups although initially, these roles will be either with our youngest or oldest children. Experience of working in Early Years or KS2 is desirable.The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We expect all staff to share this commitment.
