Flexible working + Staff benefits + Pension scheme (LGPS)Are you an exceptional CIPD qualified HR professional looking to join a friendly, experienced and ambitious People team in a large Academy TrustFollowing a successful internal promotion process, we are recruiting within the People Team for HR Business Partners (People Partner).As a People Partner for GLF Schools, you will have accountability for providing advice, coaching and support to school leaders on a broad range of HR matters and a variety of casework including disciplinary, capability, grievance, and change management. In addition, you will be responsible for the line management of a team of People Administrators who are based within the schools. There will also be opportunity to get involved in project work and the delivery of training All of our schools sit within a newly established clusters, led by a Regional Education Director. You will work closely and collaborate with the Regional Education Director, the Head of People Partnering and other operational partners as well as the wider people team to ensure all of our schools receive a first class people service.We are looking to recruit within the following clusters:1 x Full-time role (or 2 x 18hpw)Camberley, Sunbury and LightwaterEpsom, Banstead, Cheam and Wandsworth1 x Part-time role (18hpw)Croydon, Caterham, and WarlinghamAs a member of our People Team, you will be in control of where you work, where the demands of the role allow. You may wish to work part of your hours from home or be fully based in one of our regional offices.
