How to upload documents

How to upload documents to your Housing Online account

To upload documents:

Login to Housing Online

• Go to the 'My Document' area
• Select the 'Upload' button, at the bottom of the screen
• Browse and select the file on your device

The maximum file size is 500kb. File extensions must be bmp, doc.dot, docx, jpeg, jpg, jpe, pdf, png, rtx, or txt.

• Select the appropriate document type
• Select the 'Upload' button to submit your document.
• The uploaded document will appear in the 'My Document' area
