Emergency help if someone is in crisis or has attempted suicide
If it’s an emergency, call 999 straight away and ask for an ambulance.
Urgent non-emergency help
If you need urgent help, but it’s not an emergency, call the Mental Health Crisis Team on 0300 365 2000 (option 4) or 0800 129 9999.
