Request a temporary traffic regulation order

The applicant must indemnity the authority in the sum of £10 million in respect of any third-party claims or demands arising or by reason of anything done or omitted to be done in respect of the works on the highway.

Insurance must be taken out for this purpose and the policy and receipt for the last premium shall be produced on demand.
