For the last three years (2023/2022/2021) of how many full-time staff:

1. Work from home/remotely in a hybrid form (i.e. dividing their time between office and remote/home working)?
Wokingham Borough Council offer a flexible hybrid working scheme. This reflects in employment contracts since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Work from home permanently (i.e. work from home for the majority of their contractual hours)?
As it stands, Wokingham Borough Council has 0 staff employed as contractual home workers however the Council offer a flexible hybrid working scheme. This reflects in employment contracts since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. Have been granted permission to work from abroad firstly, permanently (i.e. work from abroad for the majority of their contractual hours) and secondly, in a hybrid form (i.e. dividing their time between office and remote/home working abroad)? Please list the countries where they work from. If possible - particularly if the above numbers are low - please specify what departments they work in.
2020/21: There was 1 Wokingham Borough Council staff member who had permission to work outside of the United Kingdom.
2021/22: There were 2 Wokingham Borough Council staff members who have permission to work outside of the United Kingdom.
2022/23: There were 4 Wokingham Borough Council staff members who have permission to work outside of the United Kingdom.

4. The council employed? In other words, what were the total numbers of all full-time staff employed by the council for 2021, 2022, and 2023(broken down per year)?
The below information is taken from a snapshot of information in April of each year (Includes staff on the following contracts: Permanent, Fixed Term, Apprentice, Apprentices on Permanent contracts, Staff seconded into a role):
2021: 1364 staff
2022: 1398 staff
2023: 1434 staff
