As of 1st November 2022 please furnish me with the following information.

1. How many staff are on the council payroll, including how many interims and consultants.( not including subcontractors)
a) How many subcontractors
Wokingham Borough Council currently has 1440 staff on the Council payroll. In addition to this there are currently 86 agency workers and consultants.

2. Range of salaries ( highest to lowest) and salary median.
For Wokingham Borough Council employees only, the lowest salary is £19,646.00 per annum and the highest salary is £158,362.00 per annum. Therefore, the median salary is £32,909.00 per annum.

3. Proposed increase in salaries across the workforce.
The recent NJC pay increase awarded to the workforce has recently received an increase of £1925.00 per annum across all pay grades.

4. Proposed improvements to Council services.
