1. Please confirm the adoption status of the road named, Windsor Crescent Wokingham RG21 6BG. The estate roads were the subject of a S38 Highways Act Adoption Agreement between Barratt Homes Southern Division and WBC. The road was completed over 5 years ago. I wish to know whether the Council have adopted the roads, the date of adoption and where I can view or obtain a copy of the areas adopted ie. the adoption plan in the S38 Agreement.
Windsor Crescent was adopted by Wokingham Borough Council on 10 October 2022, included are the adoption drawings.
