1. Further on this topic of the 55 flats, I have been looking for the viability appraisal that accompanied planning applications 17/2012 and 20/0089 and referenced on paragraph 35 and 36 of the agenda (attached) but it seems neither appraisal was published with the application (or am I not spotting them) – are you able to share these appraisals please?
