1. Please can you provide me with the following information;
a) A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include; registration mark, make & model and body type.

9 x van (of which 1 is electric)
3 x pick-up
6 x mini bus.
b) Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.
We have 16 owned and 4 lease vehicles.
c) Number of miles driven over the last 12 month period.
Highways and Transport do not hold mileage information for each vehicle.
d) Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles.

e) The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the cost split between owned and leased vehicles.
Highways and Transport do not hold a break down of fuel bills by Diesel and Petrol, only the overall total charge per annum.
2019-20: £6,604.75 (of which £201.35 is for lease vehicles)
2020-21: £3,631.59 (of which £289.32 is for lease vehicles)
