1. Could you please provide the number of infants aged 0-2 who entered care in the local authority in 2021, 2022, and 2023?

2. How many infants (0-2 years AND unborn babies) were referred to children’s services with domestic abuse identified as:
a) the primary factor, or
b) a contributing factor
in 2021, 2022, and 2023?

3. How many infants (0-2 years) entered care due to domestic abuse being:
a) the primary factor, or
b) a contributing factor
in 2021, 2022, and 2023?

For the purposes of this request, we would be grateful if the data could encompass cases where domestic abuse was a fundamental risk factor leading to the referral.
